Self-sabotage can be confusing. Part of you wants something more from life, yet your actions seem to pull you in the opposite direction. You may want a better relationship but keep choosing the wrong people. You may want progress in your career yet find yourself hesitating, procrastinating or moving from one opportunity to another without real traction.
This is rarely about lack of motivation or discipline. More often it is the mind trying to protect you based on old beliefs about what is safe, possible or deserved. Over time those beliefs quietly influence decisions, reactions and behaviours. Without realising it, people start reinforcing the very outcomes they are trying to avoid.
My work focuses on helping you see these patterns clearly. Using cognitive hypnotherapy and performance coaching, we explore the thinking that has been shaping your choices and update the interpretations that keep the cycle going. As the mind gains clarity, the need for those protective patterns fades and new choices become easier to make.
Do you relate to this?
• Feeling like you are not reaching your full potential
• Repeating the same frustrating patterns in work or relationships
• Watching others succeed while you feel stuck
• Telling yourself you do not care about something you actually want
• Feeling like something keeps getting in your way
